GTB has announced the successful implementation of a new suite of Finacle Core Banking Application Systems. In a bid to enhance customer service, the bank has extended branch hours until 6 p.m. today to accommodate clients during this transition.
According to a bank through their official Instagram page said;
The upgrade aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality. “We are excited about this enhancement and grateful for our customers’ patience and support during the process,” they stated. “Their trust is essential to us.”
Customers are invited to visit their local GTB branches for assistance as the bank moves forward with this new system.
