An entrepreneur, reality star, and soon-to-be lawyer? Following six years of arduous work and perseverance, Kim Kardashian has officially completed her legal studies. She announced the exciting news on Instagram.
“I finally graduated Law School after 6 years!” the 43-year-old founder of Skims proudly shared pictures from her law school graduation. Celebrating a significant turning point in her path to becoming a licensed attorney, Kim posed with friends and family while wearing a sleek black suit and subdued glitz.
Kim didn’t attend law school the traditional way. She chose to enroll in California’s Law Office Study Program, which enables students to learn from an active judge or attorney in lieu of going to law school. Along the way, she passed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) earlier this year and the Baby Bar Exam in 2021. What’s next? California Bar Exam in its entirety.
This latest accomplishment reflects Kim’s lifelong commitment to criminal justice reform. Kim has been outspoken about her desire to use her position to advocate for people who have been wrongfully imprisoned.
The celebration went beyond a mere Instagram post, in typical Kardashian fashion. Fans congratulated her on social media and praised her after Scott Disick gave her a cake with a “Legally Blonde” theme.
There’s no doubting that Kim Kardashian is demonstrating that she is more than just reality TV royalty, regardless of whether you adore her or just roll your eyes at her. She appears to be just getting started, but she has the courtroom as her target.
