According to reports, MultiChoice lost roughly 1.4 million subscribers between March 2023 and March 2025 as a result of its recent turbulent run. Many consumers cited financial difficulties and growing living expenses as the main causes of their DStv subscription cancellations.

“We’re demonstrating that we understand the times and are here to support our customers with this price reduction and free upgrade offer,” a company representative stated.
