Billionaire entrepreneur Femi Otedola has lauded Nigerian President Bola Tinubu following the significant milestone of fuel loading at the Dangote Refinery, which officially commenced on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
In a statement released on social media, Otedola expressed his admiration for the administration’s dedication to making the refinery operational, highlighting the achievement as a transformative event for Nigeria’s energy sector.
“Today marks the end of fuel queues as the Dangote Refinery begins loading Premium Motor Spirit (PMS),” Otedola noted, acknowledging President Tinubu’s pivotal role in leading this long-awaited development.
The Dangote Refinery, recognized as Africa’s largest with an impressive capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, represents a major initiative aimed at decreasing Nigeria’s dependency on expensive fuel imports.
